    By using the OzDelivery platform, including our website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree to these TOS, please refrain from using our Service. 
  1. Changes to TOS
    OzDelivery reserves the right to modify or replace these TOS at any time. We will post the most current version on our website, and your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised TOS. 
  1. Use of the Service
    You must be of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity occurring under your account. 
  1. User Conduct
    You agree not to: 
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. 
    • Infringe on the rights of third parties. 
    • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. 
    • Interfere with the functionality of the Service. 
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service. 
  1. User Content
    By using the Service, you may submit or provide content, including text, images, and reviews. You retain ownership of your content but grant OzDelivery a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Service. 
  1. Payments
    Payments for food orders and deliveries are processed securely through our platform. We may use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing, including but not limited to, unauthorized charges or payment disputes. 
  1. Disclaimers
    The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content and assume no liability or responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays. 
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, OzDelivery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. 
  1. Governing Law
    These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
